On Tuesday 29th May key stage one visited Whitehouse farm as part of their topic ‘On the farm’.

While at the farm we went to feed the animals, the lambs were very greedy! We held a rabbit, snake, rat, mice and even a cockroach! We had a very bumpy tractor ride around the farm where we saw cows and sheep, one of the sheep followed us and stuck its tongue out at us!

We learnt lots of interesting facts at the farm.  Did you know that male goats wear aftershave to attract girls?! That deer loose their antlers every year and llamas spit when they are scared!

 

We all had farmtastic fun!
