In year 1, the children have been preparing fruits as part of their Design and Technology project. They have experienced tasting many different fruits and then created their own fruit salad, selecting there ingredients.  Next, They prepared the fruit salad using cutting, slicing, peeling, squeezing juice and grating. The last stage was to evaluate what they enjoyed and what they would do different next time.
