GEOGRAPHY

At Redesdale Primary School we have designed our geography curriculum to provide children with a knowledge and understanding of their local area, the United Kingdom and the wider world enabling them to make connections with other curriculum areas and acquire vital skills. In our school, we believe it is important to build a geography curriculum that endorses the importance of outdoor learning, allowing all pupils the opportunity to experience geography up close and in the real world. Our Geography curriculum has been designed with the aim of inspiring our pupils to be curious and passionate about the world and the people that live in it.
