Our new project based homework has gotten off to a great start in Year 4! The children (and families) are really going above and beyond with their fantastic creative, often tasty, homework!

I was so impressed with the homework handed in by Year 2 this week, they all got dojo points! Four children got the homework stars award and have their photographs on display in the classroom.

As we begin the new school year I believe it is really important to celebrate all of the fantastic things my new Year 4 class do. So each week I will be selecting a 'Homework Star' who will receive a certificate to celebrate the outstanding effort in their homework. The first winner of this is Joe. He created a superb booklet to share with me all of the things he did during the summer holidays. I could see the effort he put into his homework and it turned out great.
