Enrolment forms should be returned to the school office by Tuesday 22nd October with the payment attached. All applications received by this date will be processed using the ranking system. All applications will be reviewed for priority one first, then two and so on until clubs have reached their capacity.

Should you be unsuccessful in being allocated a place in a club you have applied for, your money will be returned. Texts will be sent out by Friday to confirm your child’s place in a club. If a club does not receive sufficient numbers to run, it will be cancelled and all monies will be refunded.

Any forms received from Wednesday will still be processed once all forms have been allocated and if there any spaces left on the clubs requested.

After parent feedback, we hope that this system is a fairer way of ensuring all children who apply for a club can attend.
